THERMOBREAK SOLAR
Thermobreak Solar is specifically designed for Solar Hot water Flow & Return lines and high temperature applications. Thermobreak Solar has an operating temperature of 160˚C with an intermittent temperature of 190˚C.
THERMOBREAK SHEET
Thermobreak Roll & Sheet insulation is suitable for insulating ducts, tanks, vessels, large pipes and underslabs. Available with plain or adhesive backing.
THERMOBREAK NO CLAD
Thermobreak No Clad is a completely closed cell, physically crosslinked polyolefin foam pipe insulation with heat bonded, puncture resistant & multilayered aluminium foil which is reinforced with ultra tough close weave scrim. Thermobreak No Clad is salt water resistant, UV / weather durable and designed to resist mechanical damage whilst it can still be easily cut to requirements using a sharp knife.
THERMALOC PIPE SUPPORTS
Thermaloc pipe supports are manufactured from 300kg/m3 crosslinked closed cell Polyolefin foam. They are extremely tough and durable and are available in all pipe diameters with wall thicknesses from 15mm to 75mm, with customized sizes available on request.
ACOUSTIC PIPE INSULATION
Soundlag 4525C is a pipe wrap comprising of 5.0 kg/flexible acoustic barrier bonded to 25mm thick flexible convoluted foam. Designed to be used as acoustic treatment for hydraulic & waste pipes in all locations, air-conditioning ducting and shrouds, fan coil units, compressors wraps, swimming pool & spa motors wraps.
POLYSTYRENE PIPE SECTIONS
Foil faced Polystyrene pipe sections is used for insulating chilled water, refrigerant pipe work including vessels and tanks. All sizes and quantities are made to order and are available in 1.2 metre lengths. Our polystyrene pipe sections are faced with 3ply 1577CW Venture clad Jacketing system.
FIBREGLASS & ROCKWOOL PIPE SECTIONS
Foil faced or non faced Fibreglass & Rockwool pipe sections is used for insulating hot water, heating water and steam pipe work including vessels and tanks. Made to order to suit all common copper or steel pipes, and come in 1 metre lengths. Our Fibreglass & Rockwool pipe sections are generally faced with 450 sisalation.
TAPES & ADHESIVE
Reinforced aluminium foil tape is primarily used to facilitate vapour sealing on chilled water, heating water & external duct wrap insulation along with many other applications.
METAL SHEATHING / CLADDING
Metal Sheathing & Cladding is primarily used to protect insulation from mechanical damage. When exposed to the weather, it creates a safeguard for the insulation / vapour seal, providing the insulation longevity.
PLINTH FRAMES
Pump, Fan, Chiller & plant Galvanized plinth Frames. Fully assembled or self assemble. Made to measure.
PRE-INSULATED PIPE
Pre-insulated pipe can be supplied in various sheathing combinations, Wall thicknesses & insulation types. All fabricated to order.
