Thermobreak Thermalocs

Thermobreak Thermaloc Pipe Supports

Thermaloc pipe supports are manufactured from 300kg/m3 crosslinked closed cell Polyolefin foam. They are extremely tough and durable and are available in all pipe diameters with wall thicknesses from 15mm to 75mm, with customized sizes available on request.

Thermobreak Thermaloc XT

Thermobreak Thermaloc XT is the latest innovation in pipe supports, some of the key features are listed below:

  • Material – Closed cell rigid foam so will not absorb moisture or degrade over time
  • Thermal Conductivity – Improved K value of 0.037 w/mK
  • Compression Strength – High compression resistance, which allows Thermobreak Thermaloc XT to bear the weight of heavier pipes..
  • Operating Temperature Range – Superior heat resistance compared to other pipe supports on the market, operating temperature of -60°C to + 150°C.
  • Developed & Manufactured in Australia.

Description

Thermobreak Thermaloc Pipe Supports

Thermaloc pipe supports are manufactured from 300kg/m3 crosslinked closed cell Polyolefin foam. They are extremely tough and durable and are available in all pipe diameters with wall thicknesses from 15mm to 75mm, with customized sizes available on request.

With a built in loc system, Thermaloc once tightly taped will prevent any air movement through the join. This is especially important when used in chilled water and refrigerant applications.

The performance life of Thermaloc, as it is a closed cell polyolefin foam, is unaffected by water and humidity. It is also resistant to detergents, diluted acids, alkalis, alcohols, esters and fungi which will ensure its performance in even the most demanding of applications.
